• How much does delivery cost?
We provide Worldwide Free shipping!

• How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on post work, and takes approximately:
- For the US: 10-35 days

- For other countries: 15-45 days

In 20 days and 15 days after Christmas short delays in delivery may take place

 • Do you have express delivery?

No, unfortunately we do not provide express delivery at the moment

 • Can I refuse a purchase before it comes from abroad?

It is impossible to cancel an order after processing a payment

 • I have ordered several things. Why were they sent in different parcels?

We sent goods in different parcels to preserve them during a transportation

 • Can you promise there will be no custom or duties when the package arrives?

All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged when using standard shipping

 • What can Boogzel Apparel do if the package is lost?

Packages are rarely lost. However, if a parcel does not arrive please contact customer service to file a lost package report

  Order tracking:

 • Have you already shipped my order?

We ship all the orders within 7-12 business days

Attention: after 3-7 days after payment you can receive “order cancelation”. It means that item is out of stock, and you can choose another item with the same cost or we will return money

• I got a track number. What is it and what should I do with it?
Track number is the number of your order assigned during sending

We will send tracking number via email 7-12 days after payment

• I have entered the tracking number, but I cannot see information about the parcel?
Surely, after sending it takes some time for information to appear. Information starts to appear as soon as the parcel is marked in post offices of the recipient country (usually it takes not more than 2-3 weeks from receiving the tracking number). If 2-3 weeks from the moment of receiving the tracking number have already passed, and you still cannot track the parcel  – please contact us. We will take care of everything


• What to do if I did not receive my order?

The international parcels can go from 15 up to 60 days, depending on distance. Please notice that on public holidays there could be delays connected with the workload of post offices. If your order is on the way more than 50 days, please contact us and we will certainly help you
